Inner struggles

How long must I struggle with anguish in my soul, with sorrow in my heart every day? How long will my enemy have the upper hand? (Psalms 13:2 NLT)

God,  why when everything appears to being going right....there is still turmoil or struggle in my heart. On the outside I am blessed beyond measure but inside my heart there is a conflict that I cannot pinpoint. Help me during this time of confusion
