Enduring through each life moment with God's patience and strength

Lord give me patience and strength on days I feel run down. Help me see that I need to rely on you for the power to move forward. Help me take each step with conscious effort so my patience does not run thin. 

To experience God's spiritual wisdom and understanding

“So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding.”

Colossians 1:9 NLT

Lord it is such a blessing to be able to come to you and ask for anything our hearts desire. I want my heart to continue to strive for the best that you have to offer. What joy I would have to experience even a small piece of your spiritual wisdom and understanding 

Blameless before God

“Yet now he has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body. As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault.”

Colossians 1:22 NLT

Lord as I believe in the death and power of your son; most importantly the grace it brings...I am reminded to believe in your truths and not the lies the enemy would like me to believe, so I can tell the enemy to go to "hell" where he belongs 

Learn from God's correction

“To learn, you must love discipline; it is stupid to hate correction.”

Proverbs 12:1 NLT

Lord help me learn from your correction. Help me seek to do what is right and not fear the discipline of your love 

Find your life through humility and fear of the Lord

Lord teach me to live a life with honor. Help me understand that the way I live each day correlates to the riches and blessings in my life. Help me find my life 

The Lord always wins

Pursue life with God

Be carried by God

Lord I want to be carried by you! I want you to lead the way and know I am never alone in the moments of my weaknesses 

Lord you are my refuge and shield

Lord I want to put all my hope in you!!! Your protection shields me from anything or anyone that would bring harm to my life 

When God is for you, then nothing can be against you

Lord you are always by my side, there is nothing or no one that I should fear. Help me see past my weakness and focus on your mighty strength 

In my weakness God's power prevails

“Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.”

2 Corinthians 12:9 NLT

Lord help me see my weaknesses as a connection to the power you have over my life. Remind when I am weak you are strong

Watch what you plant and harvest in the soul

Lord teach me to lay a foundation pleasing to you! Show me how my actions will effect the direction of my life 

Love without boundaries

“Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony.”

Lord we often question the world we live in. We question whether we can truly love without reservations. Show me how to love without boundaries, without expectations but to love freely

There is no shame or guilt with a life with Christ

“Instead of shame and dishonor, you will enjoy a double share of honor. You will possess a double portion of prosperity in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.”

Lord, lead my life in a direction so I experience this promise to the fullest. Remind me that I don't have to feel shame or guilt because your Son paid the ultimate sacrifice for freedom

The light will guide you out of dark places

Lord bring light into the dark places of my life that need to be exposed with your glory. Help me see the light and not turn away from it 

Choose words to speak encouragement

Lord help me use the words I speak to bring encouragement and not shame or guilt 

Be slow to speak

“Those who control their tongue will have a long life; opening your mouth can ruin everything.”

Proverbs 13:3 NLT

Lord teach me when it's time to open my mouth and speak, then teach me to keep it shut when I have the urge to say things that are not life encouraging 

Trustin in God's Word

“All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.”

Lord help me to be steadfast in your word! Help me to trust on your words. Help me live a life that focuses on your promises that come from your WORD

Be extraordinary with God

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”

Lord I want to think beyond the ordinary! I want to live beyond the ordinary! Help me each day on the ways I can change my thinking to be focused on you instead of focusing on myself 

Standards set by God

“Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.”

Romans 12:3 NLT

Measure yourself by God's standards. Continue to have faith that God will guide you through it all. Set standards high for yourself as they are always attainable With God's help

Give your burdens to God

“Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.”

Psalms 55:22 NLT

Lord thank you for allowing me to lay my burdens at your feet! Thank you for always caring for me during the toughest moments of my life 

A child of God

“See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are! But the people who belong to this world don’t recognize that we are God’s children because they don’t know him.”

Lord I pray I continue to have a relationship with you that allows me to be a child of God who is fearless and humbled to be in your very presence. I pray that one day all will know your grace
