Find freedom

For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (2 Corinthians 3:17 NLT)

Lord I want to live a life free from past mistakes and show grace through my actions. I want to be free from guilt and know that true freedom comes from you 

Live the best way you know how

Everything is wearisome beyond description. No matter how much we see, we are never satisfied. No matter how much we hear, we are not content. (Ecclesiastes 1:8 NLT)

Lord I know that I am never truly satisfied until the day I meet you in heaven. Remind me that the temporary can not fulfill your promises and remind me to live my best life possible with you at the center 

Remain strong

But as for you, be strong and courageous, for your work will be rewarded.” (2 Chronicles 15:7 NLT)

Lord I am thankful for your promises that we are never forgotten and although I know my good works don't guarantee a place in heaven, I am thankful that I know that my Lord and Savior who guides me with strength and courage is my guarantee to spend eternity with you! 

Being motivated each day to show love

Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. (Hebrews 10:24 NLT)

God help me be a positive influence through my actions and not just by my words. Help me strive to show how love does truly conquer all 

True humility

True humility and fear of the LORD lead to riches, honor, and long life. (Proverbs 22:4 NLT)

Being humble and non judgmental of others will truly allow your days to be filled with joy. There is no better feeling when you are a positive influence for others by the actions of your love and humility 

Life through grace

that even though we were dead because of our sins, he gave us life when he raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s grace that you have been saved!) (Ephesians 2:5 NLT)

Lord thank you for the promise of saving by grace. Grace is not earned and worked for but given freely. Remind me to show this level of grace to others just the way you have shown me each day

Pursue a life of LOVE

Whoever pursues righteousness and unfailing love will find life, righteousness, and honor. (Proverbs 21:21 NLT)

God I want to pursue a life filled with love and honor. What an awesome way to live, with no regrets....with only honor knowing I try each day to pursue a life filled with love 

God is my refuge and shield

You are my refuge and my shield; your word is my source of hope. (Psalms 119:114 NLT)

Thank you Lord for being my source of hope each day! 

Seeking God

Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14 NLT)

Lord I want to spend each day seeking you! I want to live a life that demonstrates being humble and shows your grace through my actions

Patience and encouragement

May God, who gives this patience and encouragement, help you live in complete harmony with each other, as is fitting for followers of Christ Jesus. (Romans 15:5 NLT)

Lord remind me to be patient and encourage those around me. I want to show a love that far exceeds any human expectation 

The good things of God

Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me. (Psalms 103:2 NLT)

Thank you Lord for all the things that you do. Thank you for always providing 

Awe inspiring

In your majesty, ride out to victory, defending truth, humility, and justice. Go forth to perform awe-inspiring deeds! (Psalms 45:4 NLT)

Lord I cannot face each day without you by my side. Thank you for reminding me about living a life of truth, humility, and justice 

A life that really matters

I pray that your love will overflow more and more, and that you will keep on growing in knowledge and understanding. For I want you to understand what really matters, so that you may live pure and blameless lives until the day of Christ’s return. (Philippians 1:9-10 NLT)

Live a life that really matters!!! Show and give love unconditionally 

God will never abandon you

So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6 NLT)

Lord Thank you for your promise ...you have never failed me and you always go ahead of me and make a way to overcome any obstacles. 

Having hope

Having hope will give you courage. You will be protected and will rest in safety. (Job 11:18 NLT)

Thank you Lord for hope that gives courage to face each obstacle that presents each day

Be courageous

Lord when I feel less than competent...remind me of my gifts and skills I am blessed with to continue to work towards the ultimate goal of reaching you. I know the rewards will beyond I could ever imagine 

Hands of God

For the life of every living thing is in his hand, and the breath of every human being. (Job 12:10 NLT)

God's hands holds the very breath of life. God's power knows no bounds 

Beginning New

Put all your rebellion behind you, and find yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. ....,(Ezekiel 18:31 NLT)

Begin with something NEW with God. Change your old ways with God's grace and mercy. Live each day in joy knowing that God has given you a new heart and new Spirit

When doubt sneaks in

When doubts filled my mind, your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer. (Psalms 94:19 NLT)

Lord I often seek my comfort with things that are temporary. Show me to focus on comforted things that are eternal! 

True Love

But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. (1 John 4:8 NLT)

The simple truth of Love-God's love, to know God is to show love in all things. Remind me Lord to demonstrate this kind of Love in all matters 

Trust in God's good name

I will praise you forever, O God, for what you have done. I will trust in your good name in the presence of your faithful people. (Psalms 52:9 NLT)

Lord show me how to demonstrate in front of others your goodness and your grace. Help me when I lack conviction to follow through with the tasks you set out for me each day
