Being kind should be ingrained in our lives but it takes practice to maintain loyalty and kindness!!! I think God's reminder to have these characteristics deep in our hearts is to caution us not to be wavered by sin because we all can be negatively influenced in some way that could destroy these characteristics

Many times I tell the Twinkies and myself to listen to God's soft still voice, but this verse clearly demonstrates God's voice is loud and powerful and he will grab our attention when he needs it...so be aware when he calls out to you and don't delay with a response, like we tend to do so often
