Following God Encouragement

the LORD has told you what is good,
and this is what he requires of you:
to do what is right, to love mercy,

Many times we tend to overlook the obvious.... But if we follow God's ways it's amazing how everything else falls into place

Foundation Encouragement

Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. (Colossians 2:7 NLT)

Don't let anyone tear you down; allow God to dwell in your heart and you'll see that overcoming anything in life is possible

Follow the Spirit of God, he will never abandon you!

Existence encouragement

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation, for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see—such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him. What power and encouragement that God has always been the beginning and he will always be the end! Christ is the evidence of God in the flesh.

Open Mindedness Encouragement

The name of the LORD is a strong fortress; the godly run to him and are safe. Intelligent people are always ready to learn. Their ears are open for knowledge. (Proverbs 18:10, 15 NLT)

Be creative in your thinking and run to God with your ideas and see his Proudness with your accomplishments

Don't be a Fool Encouragement

Fools have no interest in understanding; they only want to air their own opinions. (Proverbs 18:2 NLT)

Remembering that we have an obligation to listen to others before making assumptions and understanding our ways might not be the only way!

Rescue Encouragement

When you feel beat up or down on yourself for mistakes from the day before....look within and feel God's love! Trust that The Lord has never left your side

Remember to rely on God and not on your own capabilities; because when we rely on ourselves we tend to fall short of all the greatness that could be in our lives

Righteous Encouragement

God is my shield, saving those whose hearts are true and right. God is an honest judge. He is angry with the wicked every day. (Psalm 7:10, 11 NLT)

God is fair and kind...Truth is the shield he uses to guide our lives. Our days are filled with choices that are based on truth or lies; pick wisely!!!

Joy Encouragement

When you praise God and thank him for your blessings, he never fails in continuing to provide protection

Protection Encouragement

Protection from God will allow you to move forward without fear! Do not give up when circumstances of life try to weigh you down

Correct Path Encouragement

For the LORD watches over the path of the godly, but the path of the wicked leads to destruction. (Psalm 1:6 NLT)

Remember your true path. Be led by God down a path that honors Him! Stay focused and don't be fooled by lies

Prosper Encouragement

You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is! (Job 1:10 NLT)

Trust in God and he will continue to bless all the things that you do! He will protect you through the storms-don't lose focus when the times seem too tough!!

Don't be a fool Encouragement

Wise words bring approval,
but fools are destroyed by their own words. Fools base their thoughts on foolish assumptions, so their conclusions will be wicked madness; (Ecclesiastes 10:12, 13 NLT)

Be careful to make quick assumptions about others or your current circumstances.... I have learned these assumptions bring sorrow to your heart and pain to the situation! Don't be afraid to ask questions

Praying encouragement

Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere. (Ephesians 6:18 NLT)

Continuing to pray allows God to work through his children and demonstrates his mercy and grace!!! Pray that God use you each and everyday to fulfill his plans

Renewal Encouragement

Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy. (Ephesians 4:23, 24 NLT)

What a great reminder that we can have "do overs" and God will always remain faithful by keeping his Spirit with us to remind us that change is good and we should not fear!

Growth Encouragement

Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. (Ephesians 3:17 NLT)

When God dwells in your heart, you can see the beauty of his love all around you; Nothing can change the feeling that you are LOVED-regardless of your current trials!!!!

Not suffering alone Encouragement

So please don’t lose heart because of my trials here. I am suffering for you, so you should feel honored. (Ephesians 3:13 NLT)

Remember Christ has already paid the ultimate sacrifice, so whatever your worry or pain- God has already overcame it! Trust your Savior to deliver his promise!

Hope Encouragement

So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. (Ephesians 1:6, 18 NLT)

Follow God's spirit down a path of light and you will not be led to a spirit of lies; rather you'll be able to see clearly the truths that surround you- you are loved, you are beautiful, and you have enormous purpose in this world!!!

Don't give up doing good Encouragement

So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. (Galatians 6:9 NLT)

Wisdom encouragement

to analyze and interpret things.
