Trust God in all things

Lord in all my mistakes you have never abandoned me. You remind me of your love each day and remind me to trust you with all things 

Give thanks to God each day

““O our God, we thank you and praise your glorious name!”

Lord there is so much to be thankful for and I want to wake each day knowing that I can be thankful for all the things in my life because you are beside me 

The Lord will not reject you

“The LORD will not reject his people; he will not abandon his special possession.”

Psalms 94:14 NLT

I am a precious gift in God's eyes and he will not abandon me 

Choices and living by God's truths

“You can make this choice by loving the LORD your God, obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him. This is the key to your life. And if you love and obey the LORD, you will live long in the land the LORD swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.””

Deuteronomy 30:20 NLT

Lord I want my choices to align with your purpose for my life... Shake me to my core so I can see past the immediate but to be able to see what my life has in store for me 

God's unfailing love

“Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise you! I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer.”

Psalms 63:3-4 NLT

Lord each day I am thankful for unfailing love. Your love surpasses human abilities and this level of love is what I want to experience each day! 

Being respectful

“Teach the older men to exercise self-control, to be worthy of respect, and to live wisely. They must have sound faith and be filled with love and patience.”

Titus 2:2 NLT

Lord often we don't show respect in our walk with you! I pray for courage and strength as I make choices in life that should honor you! Help me to live a wise and respectful life 

God is always locked in my heart

“I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.”

Psalms 119:11 NLT

Lord sometimes I feel I have fallen so far astray that I might think you are not in my heart, but I am thankful for a heart that treasures your word and keeps you locked in my heart for eternity...even when I might not feel you near...you will always be locked in my heart

God's line of sight

“Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.”

Matthew 6:33 NLT

Lord when I don't live the way I should, there are consequences that I have to pay! Help me see the error or my ways and live beyond my selfish desires. Lead me to a path that puts me back in your line of sight 

God's mighty power at work

“Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”

Ephesians 3:20 NLT

There is so much more God can do with our lives, if we allow him to take control. Lord help me let go of the things that don't last and to put faith in your mighty power

Align your individual thoughts with God's thoughts

“We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.”

2 Corinthians 10:5 NLT

Being responsible for our thoughts. Allow our individual thoughts align with God's thoughts so we may know the true way to live our our days 

Cry out to God and trust that he will answer

“O my people, trust in him at all times. Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge. Interlude”

Lord sometimes the only thing we can do is call your name in the midst of our struggles. Remind us that you are not far and u remind us that you should be the focus of our hearts 

Feelings of guilt

“Even if we feel guilty, God is greater than our feelings, and he knows everything.”

1 John 3:20 NLT

God help me push pass any guilty feelings for past mistakes. Give me strength to not repeat them! Help us see the error of our ways

Love being humble

“Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.”

Philippians 2:3-4 NLT

Love being humble and demonstrate a love beyond yourselves 

God is the calmness through all my storms

“He calmed the storm to a whisper and stilled the waves. Let them praise the LORD for his great love and for the wonderful things he has done for them.”

Psalms 107:29, 31 NLT

God be the calmness in all my storms. Help me rise above it with a renewed strength and love for life

God's thoughts be all consuming

“For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.”

Isaiah 55:9 NLT

Lord help my thoughts be all consuming with your thoughts 

God makes my ways perfect

“God arms me with strength, and he makes my way perfect.”

Psalms 18:32 NLT

Lord I might not understand your ways but u are perfect and I want to try live a life that demonstrates your perfectness through great acts of courage and faith 

Even when I lack the strength

“even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me.”

Psalms 139:10 NLT

God I will fail you so many times in my life, help me recover from my mistakes 

Living a life that shines bright

“so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people.”

Lord help me lead a life that demonstrates an example of all that you are! I want to live free knowing my choices are based on your teachings
