Slow down today; experience the journey

Lord remind me how to SLOW down and not allow the busyness of each day overcome me! Remind me to teach the Twinkies to take a breath and see the wonders you have created around us. Focusing only on the goal and not experiencing journey is NOT how you want us to live our lives
