Hope

Having hope will give you courage. You will be protected and will rest in safety. (Job 11:18 NLT)

God I have hope each day that you will carry me through every circumstance. I pray that the courage that is received through hope is not taken for granted 

Power in the Word of God

For the word of God will never fail. ” (Luke 1:37 NLT)

Lord often times I don't realize the power of my words...either to bring life and encouragement or bring death and hate. Help me use the words of each day be from the power of your WORD!! You spoke life by WORDS so I know there is power that resonates by speaking the Word of God 

Changed without judgement

Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth. (2 Timothy 2:25 NLT)

Lord we don't like to stand in judgement because we often see all of our wrongs put on display but help us see that the only judgment we should seek is yours. Allow us to put aside the hateful people that would judge our mistakes, our choices, or our lives because they lack understanding of your truths...or simply they twist your truths for their personal agenda. Continue to give wisdom so I don't fall into the trap of being judgmental 

God clears my doubts

When doubts filled my mind, your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer. (Psalms 94:19 NLT)

Lord when doubt fills my mind, I am overwhelmed by the lies of the enemy who tries to tell me that I am not worth what Christ paid for through his blood. Lord help me see past the negative thoughts and the lies that try to invade the truth you have place in my heart and mind about my marriage, my family, my career, my friends, & most importantly my relationship with you. Clear my mind of all self doubt about not being enough the way I am. 

God's thoughts

“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the LORD. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. (Isaiah 55:8 NLT)

Lord it's difficult to imagine that how my thoughts could ever come close to what you know. I hold on to the promise that you'll reveal in me thoughts that bring down mountains. Our minds are where we can have an intellectual conversation with our creator, but sometimes my thoughts are clouded by the daily grind of the day. Help me to focus thoughts that bring me closer to you 

Lord you know my thoughts even when I am far away

You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. (Psalms 139:2 NLT)

Lord each day you seek me and you know me better than I could ever know myself-yet, often times I lose sight of your knowledge and allow my incorrect thoughts overwhelm your truths. I pray that my thoughts come into sync with your thoughts about love, grace & mercy

Changed heart

“The LORD your God will change your heart and the hearts of all your descendants, so that you will love him with all your heart and soul and so you may live! (Deuteronomy 30:6 NLT)

Lord change my heart each day to bring more love to those I impact each day. I want to be able to live with a heart that honors your name and shows love beyond myself
