Trust God in all things

Give thanks to God each day

Lord there is so much to be thankful for and I want to wake each day knowing that I can be thankful for all the things in my life because you are beside me 

The Lord will not reject you

“The LORD will not reject his people; he will not abandon his special possession.”

I am a precious gift in God's eyes and he will not abandon me 

Choices and living by God's truths

“You can make this choice by loving the LORD your God, obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him. This is the key to your life. And if you love and obey the LORD, you will live long in the land the LORD swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.””

Lord I want my choices to align with your purpose for my life... Shake me to my core so I can see past the immediate but to be able to see what my life has in store for me 

God's unfailing love

“Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise you! I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer.”

Lord each day I am thankful for unfailing love. Your love surpasses human abilities and this level of love is what I want to experience each day! 

Being respectful

“Teach the older men to exercise self-control, to be worthy of respect, and to live wisely. They must have sound faith and be filled with love and patience.”

Lord often we don't show respect in our walk with you! I pray for courage and strength as I make choices in life that should honor you! Help me to live a wise and respectful life 

God is always locked in my heart

Lord sometimes I feel I have fallen so far astray that I might think you are not in my heart, but I am thankful for a heart that treasures your word and keeps you locked in my heart for eternity...even when I might not feel you near...you will always be locked in my heart
