Lord change me each day to be a better person

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”

Lord change me each day to be transformed to a new person that is pleasing and perfect because of Christ who lives within Me. Allow my daily thoughts to be fixed on you and my dreams to be filled with your Spirit of goodness 

Living a life faithful to God

“So it is clear that no one can be made right with God by trying to keep the law. For the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.””

Galatians 3:11 NLT

Lord God I want my faith to sustain your truth that we are made right in our lives through our faith. Help me live out a life faithful to your ways 

Freedom from sin

“So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.”

Romans 8:1-2 NLT

Lord I am grateful for your promises, thankful for the living spirit that guides my steps each day. Heal me, protect me, and show me the correct path to take because you have declared that I am free 

Seeking God's perfections

“The one thing I ask of the LORD — the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, delighting in the LORD’s perfections and meditating in his Temple.”

Psalms 27:4 NLT

Lord I seek you most, I want to put my focus on things that are everlasting. Help me find the perfections that only your life can bring. 

Keeping focused on God

“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you!”

Isaiah 26:3 NLT

Lord I need your peace each day! I want my thoughts to be fixed on you and not of things of this world. Help me see clearly when my life is filled with fogged decisions 

Living God's commandments

“I will never forget your commandments, for by them you give me life.”

Psalms 119:93 NLT

Lord, remind me how to live by your commandments so I can live my best life possible. Show me your ways daily so I don't stray to live a life without you 

Standing firm with God

“Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.”

Ephesians 6:11 NLT

Lord we are attacked daily by the enemy.

Help me stand firm on your truths and stay focused on you!
