Having hope

Having hope will give you courage. You will be protected and will rest in safety. (Job 11:18 NLT)

Thank you Lord for hope that gives courage to face each obstacle that presents each day

Be courageous

But as for you, be strong and courageous, for your work will be rewarded.” (2 Chronicles 15:7 NLT)

Lord when I feel less than competent...remind me of my gifts and skills I am blessed with to continue to work towards the ultimate goal of reaching you. I know the rewards will beyond I could ever imagine 

Hands of God

For the life of every living thing is in his hand, and the breath of every human being. (Job 12:10 NLT)

God's hands holds the very breath of life. God's power knows no bounds 

Beginning New

Begin with something NEW with God. Change your old ways with God's grace and mercy. Live each day in joy knowing that God has given you a new heart and new Spirit

When doubt sneaks in

When doubts filled my mind, your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer. (Psalms 94:19 NLT)

Lord I often seek my comfort with things that are temporary. Show me to focus on comforted things that are eternal! 

True Love

But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. (1 John 4:8 NLT)

The simple truth of Love-God's love, to know God is to show love in all things. Remind me Lord to demonstrate this kind of Love in all matters 

Trust in God's good name

I will praise you forever, O God, for what you have done. I will trust in your good name in the presence of your faithful people. (Psalms 52:9 NLT)

Lord show me how to demonstrate in front of others your goodness and your grace. Help me when I lack conviction to follow through with the tasks you set out for me each day
