God is good

He loves whatever is just and good; the unfailing love of the LORD fills the earth. (Psalms 33:5 NLT)

God is always around. His presence fills the earth! Lord I want to hold onto this promise of love

Treasured Heart

A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart. (Matthew 12:35 NLT)

Lord remind me that my heart dictates my actions. Help me realize that my heart needs to be filled with your presence if I want to succeed with demonstrating a life that produces good things 

Being intentional with your words

Wise words satisfy like a good meal; the right words bring satisfaction. (Proverbs 18:20 NLT)

Sometimes we don't realize what power our words hold. I pray Lord that interpretations are not misunderstood when I attempt to use words to give general guidance or grace filled love. Help me use words to uplift the people around me

God does not withhold his grace

For the LORD God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The LORD will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. (Psalms 84:11 NLT)

Thank you Lord for your continued blessings. Thank you for blessing me not based on my daily deeds but based on your grace, because I would surely be poor if it wasn't for your grace 

Allow your eyes to see the Light

“Your eye is a lamp that provides light for your body. When your eye is good, your whole body is filled with light. (Matthew 6:22 NLT)

Lord remind about the things I see each day! Help the reflection in my eyes show peace and mercy that only comes from you 

Depths of God's understanding

Have you never heard? Have you never understood? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of all the earth. He never grows weak or weary. No one can measure the depths of his understanding. (Isaiah 40:28 NLT)

Thank you Lord for being all knowing and having the all wisdom to get me through this life to the next. Your understanding is far beyond anything that can be measured 

Even beauty needs direction

If you don’t know, O most beautiful woman, follow the trail of my flock, and graze your young goats by the shepherds’ tents. (Song of Songs 1:8 NLT)

Lord as women, there are often times when We believe that our beauty is enough to get us by, but remind us to teach our younger generations about the importance of beauty of the heart instead of focusing on the outside appearance!!!!
