Continue to grow

And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness. (Colossians 2:6-7 NLT)

Allow each day be built on your foundation Lord. Sometimes I forget that your solid foundation does not break. I want to continue to dig deeper each day so when I fall...I know I can always get up and keep trying and learn a new lesson 

Being intentional with my thoughts

May all my thoughts be pleasing to him, for I rejoice in the LORD. (Psalms 104:34 NLT)

Lord it's hard to make myself focus on thoughts that are pleasing to you when my mind is filled daily of my selfish ways. Help me on this day to fill my thoughts of you and your greatness 

All I need is you Lord

and human hands can’t serve his needs—for he has no needs. He himself gives life and breath to everything, and he satisfies every need. (Acts of the Apostles 17:25 NLT)

Lord there is no greater need than you! I want each day to be about you and my need to draw closer to you 

Noise reduction

Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in him. (Psalms 62:5 NLT)

Lord help me each day to practice the art of reducing the noise around me. Allow me to quietly search for your voice in all the chaos and daily grind of life, 

Find God's love in everyday actions

Virtues to aspire to have

Lord I want to live each day as a woman having noble character! I want to be fearless about my path because I know that you direct my ways! Help me be an inspiration for the Twinkies so they see the value with having these virtues 

Our thoughts can be our biggest enemy

Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. (Ephesians 4:23 NLT)

God help me recognize the thoughts that flood my mind. Help me see that these thoughts dictate my attitude. I want my thoughts to be filled with your grace and with your servant's heart
