Fill my heart full of your truths

Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth. (2 Timothy 2:25 NLT)

Lord use my life as a living example to show intentional purpose to live truth each day so my heart is filled full of your truths

Intentional words to show love

When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths. (1 Corinthians 2:13 NLT)

Lord help me with intentional words when I speak. Allow your Spirit to bring forth words from my mouth that demonstrate your truths and love. "When we love, we have the right to speak the truth!"-Casting Crowns 

The only person we should be pleasing is God

Our purpose is to please God, not people. He alone examines the motives of our hearts. (1 Thessalonians 2:4 NLT)

God help me work through my heart with great intention so I can get rid of anything that is not pleasing to you. 

Beauty that is intentional

You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God. (1 Peter 3:4 NLT)

Lord I want to be intentional with the beauty of my Spirit. I give attention to my outward appearance everyday as I get ready for my day but often I tend to neglect to be intentional about my inner beauty. Help me demonstrate a beauty that out shines any outward beauty that I show through clothing, make up or body image. Work on me from the inside out!! 

Only your Guidance

He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name. (Psalms 23:3 NLT)

Lord I am reminded that your guidance will help me on my path of being intentional each day with every thought and every action. Thank you Lord for small and big moments to honor your name

With a clear conscience be intentional

Cling to your faith in Christ, and keep your conscience clear. (1 Timothy 1:19 NLT)

Lord I want my focus to be in you; to be able to keep a clear conscience so that my intentions are purposeful and fulfill your promises 

Peace during a storm

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. (Colossians 3:15 NIV)

Lord I am thankful through any storm you bring peace when there appears to be none, and what a blessing to know that the peace you give surpasses all human understanding
