Turn from your pain and face God

Now I am glad I sent it, not because it hurt you, but because the pain caused you to repent and change your ways. It was the kind of sorrow God wants his people to have, so you were not harmed by us in any way. (2 Corinthians 7:9 NLT)

Our pain is sometimes required by God, not because he wants us to suffer, but The Lord knows that we reach out to him at our deepest moments of despair. God rather see us joyous and content but our human desires are never satisfied on earth, so we look for things to fulfill a void that ONLY God can fulfill. In moments of pain, God sees his opportunity to do his best work. You don't have to be in pain to always experience God, but when the pain is there....turn from the the things of this world and face God in all his glory and you'll find healing and peace!!!

Love without boundaries

Indeed, he loves his people; all his holy ones are in his hands. They follow in his steps and accept his teaching. (Deuteronomy 33:3 NLT)

Teach us Lord that your love is vast and unwavering! Fill us with your love when we need it most. Teach us how to love others without restrictions

Hope in The Lord

Having hope will give you courage. You will be protected and will rest in safety. (Job 11:18 NLT)

Lord our hope is in You! To feel your presence in the midst of a battle, brings such a peace that ONLY your hands can command. A mighty storm in all it's force has no power compared to the simple command of your voice

God is Worthy of all Praise

Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness! (Psalms 150:2 NLT)

Sometimes we just need to take a moment and Praise God because he is soooooo Worthy!!! God's power and love is like no others. I am in such AWE of his wonder!!!

God is a Heart Changer!!

“The Lord your God will change your heart and the hearts of all your descendants, so that you will love him with all your heart and soul and so you may live! (Deuteronomy 30:6 NLT)

We have a lot to learn when when we pass on the destruction that sometimes lie in our hearts to those we love most. As I read the news and see the hate rhetoric spill out of people's actions disguised as trying to do something or be something good....it breaks my heart that our children can see this played out by so called leaders of other countries. My prayer Lord is for you to change our hearts and expose our destructive tendencies that doesn't bring peace!

Trials bring about renewed strength

For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! (2 Corinthians 4:17 NLT)

Remain faithful that your trials will teach lessons that impact spiritual growth and a deeper relationship with God

Freedom is found when the Spirit leads

For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. (2 Corinthians 3:17 NLT)

To be truly free, is to let go of all things that you want to control and have faith that God is with you by his Spirit to lead you out of the despair of being bonded by unhealthy living
