Lord I want to continue to be Holy Spiirt led. I want to pray for things in my life that bring healing, peace and grace 

Action often speaks louder than words

“And I am praying that you will put into action the generosity that comes from your faith as you understand and experience all the good things we have in Christ.”

Philemon 1:6 NLT

Actions often speak louder than words. Lord help me to put action to what I believe in a way that serves others and honors your name

Every life matters to God

1 Peter 1:18-19, “For you know that God paid a ransom to save you from the empty life you inherited from your ancestors. And it was not paid with mere gold or silver, which lose their value. It was the precious blood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God.” (NLT)

Thank you Lord for saving me and showing me each day that my life matters. Remind me to share this same level of love to those around me 

There is victory with the Lord

Thank you Lord that I find victory in your ways. Help me to trust your ways and find strength when I am weak 

Guard your heart

“Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.”

Proverbs 4:23 NLT

Lord help me see past all the hurt and help my heart heal from all the pain. Show me how to allow my heart to be led by your Spirit. Protect my heart from stupid choices 

Live life and live through it all

“Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other.”

Romans 12:9-10 NLT

Lord give me  a heart that is pleasing to you! Allow my heart to share you're level of love, your level of grace and your level of peace. Help me pass up things in this world that do not honor you

The Lord protects from evil

“You who love the LORD, hate evil! He protects the lives of his godly people and rescues them from the power of the wicked.”

Psalms 97:10 NLT

Lord protect me from evil that I cannot see. Help me to live a life that is protected by you 

Unfailing love

“Long ago the LORD said to Israel: “I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself.”

Jeremiah 31:3 NLT

Lord this is the love I yearn for. I want a love that never fails and lasts throughout time when all other things pass away

The depths of God's pleasures

“You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.”

Psalms 16:11 NLT

God I want my life to be filled with you and your presence. I want to know the depths of your pleasures and not the pleasures of this world 

You are God and I am NOT

““Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.””

Psalms 46:10 NLT

Lord I am reminded to be still in your presence and know that you are God and I am not. I am reminded that you are in control of all things! 

Live in peace

“Work at living in peace with everyone, and work at living a holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord.”

Hebrews 12:14 NLT

God help me each day to lead a life pleasing to you and show me to find myself in all the mess 

Find joy in the Lord despite the pressures of the world

“As pressure and stress bear down on me, I find joy in your commands.”

Psalms 119:143 NLT

Lord don't allow the pressures of this world take over. Remind me to find joy in your strength and know that you will carry me through 

Give your burdens to the Lord

“Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.”

Psalms 55:22 NLT

Lord I lay my burdens at your feet and hold on to the promise that you will take care of me 

The Holy Spirit lives in you

“Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?”

1 Corinthians 3:16 NLT

Lord thank you for the Holy Spirit wisdom! Show me to use this wisdom for everyday decisions 

Be faithful and God will guard you

“But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.”

2 Thessalonians 3:3 NLT

Lord I need you everyday! Temptations linger around every corner to follow my ways instead of your ways. Help guard me and keep me on the right path 

Speaking kind words

“Kind words are like honey— sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.”

Lord help me choose my words wisely! Help me encourage when I speak and speak blessings to those around me 

God is never changing

“God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?”

Numbers 23:19 NLT

Lord thank you for the reminder that you are never changing! You remain faithful every day. Help change my heart to do your will. Allow the challenges I face be defeated because you stand with me 

God will never abandon you

“So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.””

Deuteronomy 31:6 NLT

God I am encouraged that you have never abandoned me. Remind me that in my weakest moments, you are carrying me 

Seek to live in the presence of the Lord daily

“The one thing I ask of the LORD — the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, delighting in the LORD’s perfections and meditating in his Temple.”

Lord I want the reflection of my life to be seen through your grace and mercies! I am thankful for every moment 

Allow wise choices to invade your heart

“For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will fill you with joy. Wise choices will watch over you. Understanding will keep you safe.”
